QPM is an international company, and the largest Project, Construction and Cost Management organisation in Malta, having been entrusted with over 40 Projects valued in excess of € 1 billion. These Projects, for major developers, institutional clients and the Corinthia Group of Companies, include both new construction and major refurbishment works in London, Libya, the Russian Federation, Malta, Turkey, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Portugal, the Republic of Sudan and Tunisia, with Projects in the pipeline in Ukraine, Egypt, France and the USA.
QPM originated in 1980 as a Projects Division within the Corinthia Group of Companies, an international organisation with ownership and managerial interests in 27 Hotels in 3 Continents. The Corinthia Group set up QPM to ensure that its Hotels were built to the correct Brand Standard and specification, within the agreed budgets, time frames and to the requisite level of quality.
QPM, an independent Company since 2000, offers a range of Services including Project and Construction Management, and, if required, a range of ancillary services including design, to a number of international Clients, Consultants, Specialists, and Contractors, in various countries. Any Client is therefore assured of independent as well as unbiased advice and delivery on the range of services on offer.
QPM has developed into a highly reputable and respected Company based on its outstanding track record in the efficient management and delivery, from concept stage to final completion, of both its own resource and that of other members of the Project Team. Project success has been based on the ethos of its rigorous adherence to Programming, strict Cost Control, Management of Risk, technical Quality assurance, Design Co-ordination, and most importantly, response to the Clients’ needs throughout the life of the Project.
