QPM is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Nutt BSc (Hons.) MSc, FRICS, MAPM, as Chief Executive Officer of QPM Ltd., of CCOL (Corinthia Construction Overseas Ltd.), its wholly owned subsidiary, and of its sister company Mediterranean Construction Holding Company.

Palm City Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mediterranean Investment Holdings Ltd., developed this Project which consists of the construction of Palm City Development, a tourist and residential village in Jhanzour.

The Corinthia Hotel London, together with 10 Whitehall Place, is jointly owned by International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (IHI), the Libyan Foreign Investment Company (LFICO), and Nakeel Hotels of Dubai.

The Corinthia Hotel St. Petersburg consists of a Luxury Hotel flanked by 2 adjacent sites, namely, a Shopping Mall, and a Commercial Centre, all of which are owned by International Hotels Investments Benelux.

In July 2009, the Corinthia Group associate Company Mediterranean Investments Holding plc signed a shareholders’ agreement with the Economic Development Real estate Company of Libya, for the development of the 40-storey high-rise Corinthia Medina Tower on the seafront in Central Tripoli, Libya.
