QPM provides a full project planning and programming service as part of its role as project and/or development manager. QPM utilizes standard industry software and programming tools and will prepare layered master, pre-contract and construction stage programmes in respect of the particular requirements of each project according to the procurement route identified. Audits of programmes prepared by main contractors and/or sub-contractors are also undertaken.
