At QPM the management of risk is strategic. It integrates design, programme and operational levels and promotes consistency and efficiency throughout all of our projects.

QPM’s approach to Risk Management is to identify formally at an early stage with the Client and the design team the likelihood and probability of events occurring both during the project briefing and design process and throughout the project life cycle. Once identified, risks are then recorded as part of the overall process. This process would encompass matters both internal to the project and matters relevant to extraneous and third party issues.

Responsibility and ownership are delegated as part of the management and mitigation of risk. Risk workshops are convened and risk registers are maintained during the life of the Project, and provide a key management tool to facilitate Project success.
