On all its Project sites, QPM provides a professional site supervision and management process, by means of which all activities undertaken, from site mobilization, implementation of construction works, to Project completion, can be monitored and controlled.
The QPM site supervision service includes all aspects of construction site administration and quality control, including building services and finishes’ installations, a daily check of labour force and work output, physical checks and registration of all deliverables, and compliance by all contractors with statutory Health and Safety Regulations.
