Through its in house design team, QPM can offer to Clients both a Design Audit and Peer Review service. As such QPM can review designs produced by others at the completion of each design stage or monitor design as it progresses. Clients benefit by receiving an independent overview of their project at all stages as the design progresses. Detailed reports with recommendations are provided at each stage of the audit process.
QPM can also cost design alternatives in isolation of the design process to assist in the best value process or alternatively, integrate feedback into the risk and value engineering process.
