QPM employs a quality management system as part of its approach to its Project Management and associated services. QPM is currently seeking QA accreditation for its management system. The implementation of control systems forms the foundations for a successful project and facilitates commitment from all members of the project team.
At site level, as part of its overall approach to quality, QPM can provide, if required, dedicated site supervisors to monitor the off and on site implementation of construction works. All aspects of the project can be monitored including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Services, Interior Design and IT installations.
