Following the contractor pre-qualification and selection process, QPM can independently prepare a detailed evaluation of the tender documents if prepared by others, and also a full evaluation of the tender bids. Detailed feedback to the Client will enable a suitable recommendation to be made for the appointment of the Contractor for the Works.
