QPM acted as Project, Cost and Construction Managers for this Project which was completed at a cost of € 7.95 million.

QPM acted as Project, Cost and Construction Managers for all aspects of this prestigious and difficult new build Project. In addition, QPM provided Interior Design from its in house Design Team for the Commercial Office Development forming part of the Hotel complex. The Project was completed in 2003 at a cost of circa €145 million.
