QPM acted as Project Managers throughout all phases of the initial 1998 refurbishment programme. For the subsequent refurbishment programme between 2006 and 2007, QPM was appointed as Project, Cost and Construction Managers. In addition, on this phase QPM also provided Interior Design services from its in house Design Team. Works in the initial Refurbishment were completed at a value of €2 million. Works in 2008 were completed at a value of €5 million.
